Margaret Peacock was a woman of extraordinary warmth and quiet dignity. Wife to Brian for over sixty years, she was the anchor of the family — patient, loving, and always ready with a pot of tea and an open ear. She had a gift for making every person who crossed her threshold feel entirely at home. Her garden was her pride, her grandchildren were her joy, and her lemon drizzle cake was, by all accounts, legendary. She is deeply missed by all who knew her.
